Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your vintage furniture purchase. Due to the unique nature of vintage items, each piece has its own history and character.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging and documentation.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original condition with no damage or alterations
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not show signs of use or wear beyond normal handling
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Package the item securely using original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for items of equal or greater value. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
